Flexography has been the fastest growing print process in the packaging industry in recent decades.
‘Flexo’ offers commercial benefits that have become increasingly important as the reproduction capabilities and quality of the process have increased dramatically.

Lennox McKinlay can tailor digital artwork to suit any print process, but the skills and understanding required for flexo are the most demanding. These form a particular area of our expertise and are backed up by significant production technology and capacity.

Flexography is a very major element in our production and our expertise is second to none.
However, we generate prepress for all other print processes. As is often remarked 'if you can do flexo, you can do everything'

Flexo is the process with which printers are most likely to require an extra level of management, care and support. Although flexo does offer significant commercial benefits, it does not readily offer the stability that most other print processes do.
Lennox McKinlay, with a very high percentage of employees that have direct work experience on flexo printers’ factory floors, are in a position to methodically marry repro and plates to any press specification for optimal performance and press stability.
